Yes, it will. Only not as scheduled. At the moment, we look into the options for rescheduling.

Will I be refunded for a pre-booked ticket for entrance to the museum in the period 13 March to 28 April?

We are offering everyone with a pre-booked ticket for this period the opportunity to visit the museum on another day in 2020. We will contact you directly. Due to the amount of cancelled activities, please allow us some time.

Will activities such as lectures, concerts, guided tours, courses and workshops still go ahead?

Will I be refunded for cancelled activities?

Activities such as guided tours, courses and workshops can be rebooked free of charge. We will contact you directly. Due to the amount of cancelled activities, please allow us some time. For urgent questions, please contact the Booking department by sending an email to boekingen@lakenhal.nl.

Can my event in Museum De Lakenhal continue?

All external event will be cancelled until 1 June 2020. We will contact you directly to discuss the details of rebooking or annulling. I bought an entrance ticket from a travel agent or reseller. If I cancel will I be refunded?

If you booked through a travel agent or reseller, we advise you to contact the travel agent or reseller concerned.

We bought tickets as a group, can we rebook or will we be refunded?

You can rebook your tickets for another time during the day free of charge. To rebook, please contact the Booking Department by sending an email to boekingen@lakenhal.nl.

We booked a school visit and we want to cancel. Will we be refunded?

All school visits will be cancelled until 1 June 2020. Schools will receive more information about their booking as soon as possible. For urgent questions, please contact the Booking department by sending an email to boekingen@lakenhal.nl.

Can I buy tickets online for a visit after 28 April?

No, at this moment it is not possible to buy online tickets.

Is restaurant LAKEN staying open?

No, LAKEN restaurant is closed as well.
