Aan de staal met een paperclip een tweede staaltje, iets lichter van tint. Hierbij de envelop waar de staal in zat waarop de handgeschreven tekst: "Centrale Magazijnen van Militaire Kleeding & Uitrusting A'dam Kleurstaal voor Rood 18/8 1936".
