Museum De Lakenhal is open. You are more than welcome! Time slots are introduced to optimise the spread of visitors. Therefore visiting the museum is only possible with online tickets. This also applies to Museumkaart and other memberships. Unfortunately, ad hoc visits are not possible until further notice. Museum De Lakenhal is situated 10 minutes by foot from Leiden Central Station. Plan your route via Google Maps. • Car
The nearest car park is Lammermarkt Car Park. You can buy a parking ticket at a reduced rate. Select the date, entry and exit time and parking lot Lammermarkt. Staying a bit longer? You can pay extra in the parking garage.

During your visit
• Additional measure
Do not visit the museum if you have a cold. We’ll see you again when you are all better. Wear a face mask in the museum if you are 13 years or older. We will provide additional cleaning of contact points and touch surfaces, such as door handles, toilets, taps, lockers and ATMs. Inside the museum, there are several places where you can find disinfecting hand gels. We also provide gloves. And our employees also have other protective equipment at their disposal. Read more on the corona measures.

We have prepared a special floor plan that includes a number of viewing tips and a small sketching exercise, developed together with art editor Wieteke van Zeil, available at the information desk. After all, when you draw something, it helps you to focus your attention!
