Witglazen medicijnflesje van apotheek Du Croix. Het flesje is cilindervormig met een korte hals. Op de fles is een etiket geplakt met blauwe opdruk. Het omlijnde etiket heeft gewelfde zijden. Op het etiket linksboven een gestileerd monogram van de letters "P en C" omringt door krullen. rechts ervan een banderol met het opschrift: "P. Du CROIX APOTHEKER Rapenburg 9 LEIDEN telef No 807". In inkt staat er iets onleesbaars op geschreven en "drie maal daags 1 [?]". 15/9-19.
