Public domain is a term used to indicate that works are no longer protected by copyright and related rights. In the EU, this is the case when the maker has been deceased for at least 70 years. In that case, there is no rightful claimant and there is no permission needed to use the work.

Op de plaat zit in het midden een sticker met "Ter herinnering aan het 12 ½ jarig jubileum als plaat-artiste van de Zangeres zonder Naam" met de datum "25.8.1970" en in het midden "Telstar - favoriet". Langs de rand staat "Rights of the manufacturer and of the owner of the recorded work are reserverd. Unauthorised public performance broadcasting and copying of this record prohibited" en "Made in Holland". Op de achterzijde zit een ophanghaakje. De plaat zit in een goudkleurige lijst, en achter glas.
