Vaas gedraaid van witbakkende klei met enkelvoudige malachiet-glazuurbrand. De vaas is balustervormig en van buiten mat, en van binnen glanzend geglazuurd. Om het merkteken de cijfers 1 5 10 11 waaruit blijkt dat de productiedatum oktober 1915 is en het modelnummer 11.
